Something on the site is broken

Use the form below, or the Report a problem link at the bottom of any page. It records which page you were on, and gives you a reference number that also appears in our own server logs — so if you follow up, we can find your exact request rather than guessing.

Something in the data looks wrong

Start with Data sources & methodology — it names the source behind each figure and how current it is. If a public filing itself is wrong, the filer or the Secretary of State’s office is the place to correct the record; we reproduce what is filed. If we have reproduced it incorrectly, that is ours to fix and we want to hear about it.

Reporting misuse of this site

If you believe someone is using Oregon IQ to harass, intimidate, or unlawfully target an individual, email team@gatewayci.com with the word ABUSE in the subject line, and include whatever detail you have. Oregon law restricts the use of voter registration information for commercial purposes and we take that seriously.

Access to this site can be, and has been, withdrawn. Reports about a specific account or export are the most actionable, so include dates and anything identifying if you have it.

Requests about your own data

What we hold about account holders and uploaded files, and how long we keep it, is set out in the Privacy Policy. To ask what we hold about you or to have it removed, email team@gatewayci.com from the address on the account.
